1. Common Sports Injuries and How to Prevent Them:

Each sport will have specific injuries that tend to occur time and time again. Injuries that are most common in field sports are:

  • Ankle sprains
  • Hamstring muscle tears

  • ACL Knee injuries

Running injuries will include tendon and bone stress injuries.
