Excellent pilates classes with Claire. The classes are small allowing for 1-to-1 tuition and are tailored to my goals and abilities. Claire has vast experience across physiotherapy, pilates and yoga and with her instruction I have seen great benefit in strengthening my body post partum in an encouraging and safe environment. In March 2019, following a skiing accident I had shoulder surgery to repair a fracture and detached rotator cuff injury. My surgeon advised physiotherapy and I was very fortunate to come under the care of Claire McGuinness who has a wealth of experience in managing sports injuries. Following my first visit Claire designed a schedule of exercises specific for my needs and the rehabilitation of my shoulder. This combined with her excellent treatments have speeded up my recover and I am back playing golf and skiing again.
